The AQUA4D ® system is installed in drinking water for chickens. The study focused on the analysis of six production batches.

Two identical houses on the same site were selected to perform the test. AQUA4D® physical water treatment system is installed in the second house, while one house is used as a control.

The purpose of the test is to compare the agricultural performance of two houses for 6 productions.

RESULTS

As a result, the chicken coop using water treated with the AQUA4D ® system achieved the following results:

11.8% increase in the European index

5.1% reduction in nutritional index

Decrease in feed use (Fcr) from 2.16 to 2.05

The elimination of lime and Biofilm has a positive effect on animal health, thanks to the AQUA4D ® system, agronomic performance has been improved.

Decrease in feed use (FCR) = Food purchased / Weight sold

European Index = (Average weight per chick x 10) / (FCR x Average age of animals sold)

House productivity index = (meat produced per m2) / (FCR x average age of animals sold)
